Notice

• The 85th AVS meeting will be held on June 1-3, 2023 (three days) in Changsha. The Video group preparation meeting will be held on May 31st (Wednesday) afternoon at 13:30; The Convenors meeting will be held on May 31st (Wednesday) at 19:30; The opening plenary will be held on June 1st（Thursday）at 9:00; The closing plenary will be held at 13:30 on June 3rd (Saturday). All member bodies units are welcome to send representatives to attend the meeting.
• It is free and open to all AVS members bodies.
• Meeting agenda: Review proposals submitted by each group participants, summarize and report the progress of the tasks proposed by the previous meeting, and make arrangements for the next stage of tasks.
• The notice of proposals registration will be issued about one week before the meeting.
