Notice

• The 86th AVS meeting will be held on August 21-27, 2023 (seven days) in Lichuan. Sign-in began on August 21, the working group standard discussion was held on August 22, and the work summary conference was held on August 27.The Video group preparation meeting will be held on August 23rd (Wednesday) afternoon at 17:00; The Convenors meeting will be held on August 23rd (Wednesday) at 19:30; The opening plenary will be held on August 24th (Thursday) at 9:00; The closing plenary will be held at 13:30 on August 26th (Saturday). All member bodies units are welcome to send representatives to attend the meeting.
• It is free and open to all AVS members bodies.
• Meeting agenda: Review proposals submitted by each group participants, summarize and report the progress of the tasks proposed by the previous meeting, and make arrangements for the next stage of tasks.
• The notice of proposals registration will be issued about one week before the meeting.
